Kevin Harrison recently celebrated a significant milestone by reaching 2,500 days at sea with Fred. Olsen Cruise Line, where he has sailed on all the line’s ships during the past 30 years. Harrison, a former fish and chip shop owner, began cruising with Fred. Olsen Cruise Line in 1993 to celebrate his birthday and has since taken over 100 cruises, visiting destinations all over the world.

To mark his 2,500th night onboard, Harrison was surprised with a celebration during a 14-night cruise visiting the Azores, Madeira, and Portugal. Crew members organized a surprise party for him, including a special cake and ice sculpture, and he dined at the Captain’s Table. Harrison has made lasting friendships with crew members, especially with Captain Rommel, and has enjoyed 15 world cruises with Fred. Olsen Cruise Line.

Harrison’s next world cruise is scheduled for January 2025 aboard Bolette, where he will embark on a 110-night roundtrip cruise, “A Voyage of Exploration Around the World.” The cruise will include port visits in various countries, and guests will enjoy the cruise line’s luxury service and onboard amenities. Harrison has expressed his fondness for the friendships he has made with crew members and his love for cruising with Fred. Olsen Cruise Line.
