Eastern Pacific Shipping to Return to Jinling Shipyard for Pair of PCTCs

The LNG dual-fuel PCTCs have a length of 199.9 meters and a width of 38 meters, with a designed speed of 19.5 knots and 12 cargo decks in total, equipped with two 2,000 cu metre LNG storage tanks meeting the latest requirements of Tier III. EPS now has 12 LNG-powered car carriers on order at Jinling Shipyard. Jinling Shipyard has already delivered three PCTCs to EPS in October, October 2023 and January 2024, respectively.

EPS has added a new contract for LNG dual-fuel Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) to its existing orders, bringing the total number of LNG-powered car carriers on order at Jinling Shipyard to 12. The new PCTCs have a length of 199.9 meters, a width of 38 meters, and a designed speed of 19.5 knots, with 12 cargo decks and two 2,000 cubic meter LNG storage tanks meeting Tier III requirements.
