Cure Marine, a boat-building company based on the Sunshine Coast, recently launched the ‘Cure Custom 70’, a groundbreaking 70-foot all-carbon fibre catamaran named ‘Noir’. Designed for sailing, diving, and family adventures, the catamaran features four queen-size cabins and six built-in fridges, showcasing Cure Marine’s commitment to innovation.

Crafted in Cure Marine’s state-of-the-art facility in Coolum Industrial Estate, the ‘Cure Custom 70’ benefits from the southern hemisphere’s largest 3D printer, which reduced tooling and prototype production times. The Sunshine Coast Council praised Cure Marine’s achievement for its contribution to the region’s economic development and job market.

Looking towards further expansion, Cure Marine is preparing for new ranges and a state-of-the-art facility in 2024. The company is actively seeking skilled individuals for future projects, emphasizing its ongoing contribution to the local job market and the broader maritime industry.
