Seth has accumulated over 32 years of industry experience to become CEO. Before joining Goltens, he spent two decades in the marine and offshore sectors, making him eminently qualified to steer the firm towards expansion.
Goltens Worldwide was founded in 1940, and has since expanded its footprint to 14 countries, with 17 offices around the world. With Seth taking over as CEO, the company will look to grow its already impressive rate of expansion.
In a statement, Seth expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to lead the company. He said his focus will be “driving Goltens’ growth by creating new, customer value-added offerings and expanding our reach across diverse geographies and end markets”.
The chairperson of the Goltens board, Roy Strand, said Seth’s leadership skills and industry experience made him the ideal candidate for the CEO role. Strand said Seth had been instrumental in developing new business lines and deepening relationships with marine equipment suppliers.
