Tina Revsbech will replace Christian M. Ingerslev as CEO of Maersk Tankers. Revsbech has more than 30 years of industry experience, having worked at Maersk Tankers for more than 15 years in various roles, including chartering and manager of Maersk Tankers Americas and Singapore. She was previously CEO at BW Tankers and Executive Vice President at Fednav Limited. Revsbech is joining the company at a critical time, with the industry beginning to transition towards greener practices and experiencing disruption to energy security.
Robert M. Uggla, Chairman of the Board, welcomed the appointment, saying Revsbech has extensive leadership and commercial experience and the ability to form strong client relationships, lead high-performing teams and identify shipping solutions that will solve global delivery challenges. Uggla also thanked outgoing CEO Christian M. Ingerslev for his contributions to the company over the past 25 years and congratulated him on his appointment as CEO of Maersk Supply Service.
