Lila Global, a ship owner specializing in crude oil and chemical/product tankers, has joined the International Association of Independent Tanker Owners (INTERTANKO). The company operates a fleet of eight tankers, including two crude oil and six product and chemical tankers, all classified by leading societies.
The technical management of Lila Global’s vessels is handled by prominent tanker managers in Dubai and Singapore, adhering to established safety and quality systems, such as the TMSA framework and SIRE 2.0 standards. This membership aligns with Lila Global’s commitment to safe and compliant tanker operations, ensuring they meet charterer vetting expectations and international regulations.
INTERTANKO represents independent tanker owners dedicated to safe, transparent, and environmentally responsible operations. Through its committees and collaboration with the IMO, the organization offers a platform for members to share experiences and address regulatory issues impacting the sector.
