The All Aboard Alliance has unveiled its strategy for 2026-2030, aiming to enhance the maritime industry’s impact on the lives of those working at sea. This initiative was officially launched at the Global Maritime Forum Summit 2025.

The newly established strategy centers on four key objectives designed to foster a more supportive work environment. These goals include ensuring safe working conditions, promoting both physical and mental well-being, and advancing inclusion and diversity within the industry.
