Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) has launched a new Chinese language AI chatbot on its customer facing platforms.
OOCL has launched an AI chatbot called “Fin” on its platforms OOCL.com, My OOCL Center and Freightsmart.
The chatbot allows customers to ask questions on various topics, e.g. For example, shipping schedules, FreightSmart product information, freight tracking, and more. It will initially be available in Simplified Chinese, with development of an English version underway, according to the company.
The Fin chatbot is powered by Alibaba Cloud. Hong Kong-listed OOCL is part of China’s Cosco Shipping Group.
