A Delivery Protocol Signing ceremony was recently held at CSL to mark the completion of the Electric Hybrid 100 Pax Water Metro Ferry BY 137 project in Kochi. Representatives from Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) and Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) were present at the event, along with officials from Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Indian Register of Shipping (IRS). The signing emphasized the collaborative effort that led to the successful completion of the state-of-the-art vessel.
The Water Metro Ferry project is seen as a significant contribution to the modernization and sustainability of water transportation in Kochi.
