The ZEX service started in July 2020 and was operated by five container ships with a container capacity of 5,000 TEU.
The ZIM service port rotation was as follows:
Ningbo (China) – Xiamen (China) – Shenzhen (Yantian, China) – Los Angeles (USA) – Ningbo
On the other hand, in early February, the Israeli container line announced its upgraded ZIM Xpress Baltimore (ZXB) service, connecting Asia to the east coast of the United States.
