The Norwegian Maritime Authority has detained a Chinese-owned heavy-lift ship in Andfjorden, off the Vesterålen Islands in northern Norway, over invalid flag registration and missing certificates. The ship, once linked to Russia’s Arctic LNG 2 project, stays detained until the deficiencies are fixed.
