The MoU, signed on February 11, 2024 during the inauguration of the 100 Cube Start-up Initiative at the IIT Bhubaneswar Research and Entrepreneurship Park, marks a strategic partnership between IIT Bhubaneswar and DPCL. The collaboration aims to leverage the strengths and expertise of both organizations to drive innovation and foster entrepreneurial endeavors. This includes joint research initiatives, training programs, and support for the start-up ecosystem, with a focus on technology transfer, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the industry.

Dr. Debi Prosad Dogra, Independent Director of IIT Bhubaneswar Research and Entrepreneurship Park, expressed excitement about the partnership and the potential to accelerate technological progress and sustainable growth in the industry. Likewise, Mr. Devendra Thakar, CEO of DPCL, highlighted the collaboration’s potential to drive positive change and support the development of start-ups and entrepreneurs. The MoU is effective immediately and will remain in effect for a period of five years, aiming to promote innovation, research, and entrepreneurship by leveraging synergies and pooling resources between the two organizations.
