The Goa Maritime Officers Association (GMOA) recently organized a successful event in Panaji, emphasizing camaraderie and community spirit. Distinguished personalities such as Capt Venzy Viegas, CE Octavio Rodrigues, Capt Tushar Pradan, Capt Norbert F Rebello, and Prasaf Sawant graced the event, alongside the Anchor of Hope NGO run by the Marine Officers’ Wives.
A highlight of the event was the recognition of academic achievements, with a special focus on honoring recently graduated students from Class X and XII.
