The Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji (MSAF) and the Fiji Ports Corporation Ltd (FPCL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on strategies that align with maritime safety and port management. The MOU signifies their commitment to upholding Fiji’s maritime laws and international obligations. Through this partnership, Fiji aims to navigate the challenges of the maritime industry and ensure a safer and more prosperous future for its citizens. The MOU was signed by Josateki Tagi, the executive chairman for MSAF, and Vajira Piyasena, the chief executive officer for FPCL.
