On World Maritime Day, the Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, organized a motivational event at the Government Girls’ Senior Secondary School to honor the achievements of Captain Meera. Captain Meera, an alumna of the school, has made a significant impact in the male-dominated field of seafaring and currently holds the position of captain of MV Campbell Bay. Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma commended Captain Meera’s accomplishments and expressed his admiration for her dedication.
