Dubai’s Romeo Marine Prepares Romeo 55 Superyacht for Monaco Debut

Dubai-based boatbuilder Romeo Marine is set to unveil its new 55-meter superyacht, the Romeo 55, at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2025. Currently undergoing sea trials at Bin Rashid Marina in Dubai, the yacht is scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2026. This project emphasizes Romeo Marine’s commitment to quality and innovation in the superyacht industry.

The shipyard operates from a comprehensive facility spanning over 250,000 square feet, allowing it to construct multiple superyachts in steel and aluminum simultaneously. Romeo Marine offers both fully custom and semi-custom projects, ensuring high standards of precision and craftsmanship. Additionally, the company has recently commenced the keel laying for another model, the Romeo 60.

Designed by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, with exterior styling by Gresham Yacht Design, the Romeo 55 accommodates 12 guests across six luxurious rooms, including a striking owner’s suite featuring a double-height ceiling and glass roof. Notable amenities include expansive glass walls, a grand spiral staircase, and a sundeck with a pool and BBQ area. Powered by two MTU V12 engines, the yacht can reach speeds of 16 knots and cruise for 5,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Nader Nashed, CEO of Romeo Marine, highlighted that the launch of the Romeo 55 signifies a pivotal moment for both the company and Dubai’s position in the global superyacht market. Founded in 2008, Romeo Marine specializes in building superyachts up to 120 meters, blending artisanal craftsmanship with modern technology. The shipyard provides comprehensive solutions for custom builds, refits, and maintenance, catering to clients both regionally and internationally.
