The Association of Multimodal Transport Operators of India (AMTOI) marked its biennial event, AMTOI Day 2025, at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai. This year’s theme, “Indian Navy – Defending Our Waters, Protecting Our Future,” celebrated the Navy’s crucial contributions to national security and economic development.
Rear Admiral Vidhyadhar Harke, VSM, Chief Staff Officer (Operations) of the Western Naval Command, served as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, he emphasized the Navy’s strategic capabilities and ongoing commitment to protecting India’s maritime interests.
The event also included a moving tribute to the bravery and dedication of the Indian Navy personnel. AMTOI expressed appreciation for its sponsors, partner associations, past presidents, and the event’s MC, while acknowledging the efforts of President Arun Kumar, Xerrxes Master, and Ravi Gandhi, along with the organizing team, for ensuring an impactful and memorable event.
The celebration underscored the importance of maritime excellence and the significant role of the Indian Navy within the logistics and maritime sectors.
