Record Order Placed for 12 E-Class CTVs by Northern Offshore Services

Northern Offshore Services (N-O-S) has made a significant move in the offshore wind sector by placing one of the largest orders for Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) in history. With four vessels already en route and eight more on order, the innovative E-Class series will total 12 vessels designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability in crew transfer operations. The first vessel, M/V Explorer, is expected to arrive in Europe next week.

This landmark agreement also includes options for additional vessels, marking a pivotal moment for both N-O-S and the offshore wind industry. “This is not just a fleet expansion, this is a statement,” said David Kristensson, Group CEO of N-O-S. He emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in a rapidly evolving market.
