Two tankers have reportedly been struck by unidentified projectiles in the Arabian Gulf, as confirmed by UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO). The incident occurred south of Basrah, Iraq, where at least one of the vessels caught fire. Fortunately, the crew of the affected tanker managed to evacuate safely, and no injuries have been reported, according to the company’s security officer.
