JNPA and BMCTPL Resolve Container Terminal Dispute with Concession Extension to 2048

Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) and Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals PVT. Ltd. (BMCTPL) have resolved a dispute over the concession agreement for JN Port’s container terminal. The concession period is extended by 1,173 days, now ending on March 8, 2048. BMCTPL’s claims for damages were dismissed, focusing instead on a concession extension.
