An oil tanker, MT Federal II, caught fire during repairs in Batam, Indonesia, early Wednesday, killing at least 10 people and injuring 18 others. The fire broke out at 4 a.m. at a shipyard. Investigations into the cause and ownership of the vessel are ongoing, following a previous incident in June.
