UK Convicts MSC Ship Captain for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Zbigniew Chowaniec, a Polish ship captain, was given a suspended prison sentence and fine in the UK for operating his ship under the influence of alcohol. Arrested in Felixstowe, his alcohol level was well above the legal limit. Despite regret, he received a suspended sentence and fine, with a warning for future offenses.
