Gujarat Inland Vessels Rules Introduced to Enhance Boating Safety
The Gujarat Maritime Board has implemented the ‘Gujarat Inland Vessels Rules, 2024’ to enhance safety in boating activities. Owners of pleasure crafts/boats must register their vessels with the District Collector’s office and undergo a survey to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Failure to comply will result in legal action.
