Greece Ombudsman Calls for Disciplinary Action Following Migrant Shipwreck Inquiry

The government ombudsman of Greece has concluded an inquiry into a tragic migrant shipwreck off Pylos, recommending a disciplinary investigation for eight senior officers of the Hellenic Coast Guard.
