Oil Leak at Malaysian Terminal Stopped, Cleanup Efforts Underway
The Johor Port Authority has successfully stopped the oil leak at Langsat Terminal, with clean-up efforts currently in progress. Three patrol craft from the MPA are assessing the area and implementing mitigation measures. Booms are being set up at Chek Jawa Wetlands as a precaution, while drones and satellite imagery are monitoring for any additional oil patches.
