MOL Expands Dry Bulk Fleet with Gearbulk Acquisition
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines is increasing its stake in Gearbulk Holdings to solidify its position in the dry bulk shipping industry. The acquisition of an additional 23 percent stake from the Jebsen family will bring MOL’s ownership to 72 percent.
