Vadhvan Port Project Approved Changes to Attract Bidders and Reclaim Land in Maharashtra
The board of VPPL has approved changes to the HAM to attract more bidders for the Vadhvan port project in Maharashtra. They plan to reclaim 1,200 hectares of land in two phases. The modified HAM will be submitted for approval, with funding from JNPA, Maharashtra government, REC Ltd, and potentially the World Bank and JICA.
