Vietnam’s State-Owned Shipbuilding Company at Risk of Bankruptcy
Vietnam’s state-owned shipbuilding company SBIC is facing bankruptcy, with plans to overhaul the corporation initiated by the government. The Deputy Minister of Transport emphasized that the bankruptcy was inevitable due to sustained efforts to restructure the company proving unsuccessful. The process will include a transfer of ownership and liquidation of assets.
