Turkey Responds to Somali Pirate Seizure of Cargo Vessel
Turkey has neutralised four pirates involved in the hijacking of the M/V LUTUF off Somalia’s Nugaal coast. The cargo ship, carrying military supplies and a crew of ten, including six Indians, was closely monitored by Turkish authorities. Airstrikes targeted the pirates after they received khat deliveries, resulting in casualties.
