Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore (BV) has announced the integration of its emissions compliance platform, VeriSTAR Green, with OrbitMI’s maritime intelligence platform. The collaboration aims to simplify emissions reporting for shipping stakeholders and enhance environmental performance. By streamlining reporting processes and ensuring transparency, the integrated platform reduces time, costs, and the risk of penalties. This initiative supports regulatory compliance and advances the maritime industry’s decarbonization objectives.

VeriSTAR Green, a cloud-based solution, automates emissions data collection, verification, and monitoring to help shipowners meet regulatory requirements for greenhouse gas emissions. The integration with OrbitMI facilitates accurate and timely emissions reporting, enhancing operational efficiency and offering ongoing support for compliance and third-party verification. Leveraging real-time data collection capabilities, the solution ensures seamless data transfers, improving data quality and minimizing manual input.
