Intelligent Seas Group Teams Up with Marine Learning

Intelligent Seas Group (ISG) and Marine Learning Systems (MLS) have partnered to enhance seafarer knowledge and skills performance. ISG will provide its e-learning content library to be used on MLS’ maritime-specific learning platform, which includes a configurable learning management system and live skills assessment tool. This collaboration will allow ship managers and operators to implement e-learning content on a training delivery platform optimized for low and zero bandwidth areas. The partnership will cover a large geographical reach, with existing partners in the UK, US, Canada, Bahamas, Qatar, and the Philippines. The content and learning management system can be customized to meet the unique demands of different vessels and operational conditions.

ISG’s courses use real-life maritime case studies, immersive environments, and regular knowledge checks to ensure learner engagement and retention. The MLS platform supports training and assessment workflows, enabling maritime operators to optimize competency. The learning management system is accessible both at home and onboard vessels, even in areas with limited internet connectivity.
