MISC Berhad has announced a change of leadership effective June 1, 2023, with Zahid Osman being appointed President and CEO of AET, succeeding Captain Rajalingam Subramaniam. The current Chairman, Datuk Yee Yang Chien, will step down as of May 31, 2023, and Captain Rajalingam will take over as Chairman on June 1, 2023.
Zahid Osman, currently Vice President of Corporate Planning at MISC, joined the organization in 2017 as Vice President of Gas Assets and Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Zahid Osman also serves on the boards of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies within the MISC group. MISC wishes Zahid Osman well in his new role and thanks Datuk Yee Yang Chien for his contribution as Chairman of AET.
