Real estate developer LMD and consultancy Devmark have joined forces to unveil a new waterfront property in Dubai Maritime City known as The Pier Residence. The development is expected to be completed by 2026 and boasts a design by architecture firm Arkiplan and interiors by J2 Design from Singapore.
