DFNI is making a final call for entries to its innovative new competition, Maritime Moguls, set to debut at the 2025 DFNI Cruise Conference in Barcelona from June 17-19. In collaboration with Holland America Line (HAL), HFDF, and the Cruise Retail Academy, this competition offers one brand the chance to break into the cruise retail sector with a live onboard trunk show hosted by HAL and an exclusive limited-time listing onboard. The winner will also receive a complimentary cabin onboard the vessel during the activation, while HFDF provides a prestigious retail platform to reach a high-value cruise audience.
DFNI Editor Kapila Ireland emphasized the unique opportunity for emerging or underrepresented brands to access the growing world of cruise retail. Applicants must be registered delegates of the DFNI Cruise Conference to be eligible, and entries must be submitted by April 24, 2025. The panel will select a winning participant for a 7-10 day voyage based on suitability to the trade/deployment.
To enter the competition, delegates must be registered for the 2025 DFNI Cruise Conference and submit a pitch document of 500 words in a PDF format with embedded images/videos to editorial@dfni-frontier.com by April 24, 2025. The winning brand will have the chance to showcase their products at a live onboard trunk show and gain exposure to a high-value cruise audience.
