DFNI is excited to introduce Maritime Moguls, a competition similar to Dragon’s Den/Shark Tank, exclusively for attendees of the 2025 DFNI Cruise Conference in Barcelona from June 17-19. In collaboration with Holland America Line, HFDF, and Cruise Retail Academy, Maritime Moguls offers a unique opportunity for one brand to showcase their product during an onboard trunk show, with a limited-time listing and a complimentary cabin provided by Holland America Line.
The winner of Maritime Moguls will receive training, expert guidance, and support from Cruise Retail Academy, as well as media coverage from DFNI. The judging panel includes industry experts from Holland America Line, Cruise Retail Academy, DFNI, and HFDF. To enter the competition, attendees must submit their pitch by April 25, with three finalists presenting their concepts live during the conference on June 19.
This competition is exclusively open to registered delegates of the 2025 DFNI Cruise Conference. Participants must submit a pitch document of 500 words in a PDF format with embedded images/videos by April 24. The winning participant will embark on a 7-10 day voyage, chosen based on suitability to the trade/deployment.
