DEME Group has recently expanded its fleet with the acquisition of two cutting-edge uncrewed surface vessels (USVs) from Norway’s Maritime Robotics. The delivery includes the two-meter Otter USV and the larger six-meter Mariner USV. The Otter USV is designed for data collection in sheltered, coastal, and shallow areas, while the Mariner USV offers a larger payload capacity and extended operational endurance for more challenging offshore missions. Both vessels feature energy-efficient, low-emission designs, showcasing Maritime Robotics’ commitment to sustainability.
