PSA expands in Türkiye with the acquisition of Alisan Logistics

PSA has entered an agreement to acquire Turkish logistics company Alisan logistics to extend its reach in Türkiye.

Subsidiary PSA-BDP Turkey Supply Chain Solutions Pte will acquire 75% of the shares in family company Alisan Logistics, subject to regulatory approval and closing conditions. Alisan is a logistics company providing services in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), chemical, automotive and agribusiness sectors. The business will be consolidated under PSA BDP, the group’s newly rebranded freight solutions division.

Alisan is headquartered in Istanbul with 1,600 employees and 39 warehouse locations.

PSA said the acquisition will allow it to benefit from Alisan’s local expertise and presence in Türkiye, while allowing Alisan to leverage PSA’s wide network of rail and inland terminals and other services.
