ICSID to Arbitrate Montevideo Port Container Movement Dispute

The International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) of the World Bank will arbitrate a case involving Montecon shareholders and the Uruguayan state over container movement rights at Montevideo Port.
