Baltimore Bridge Collision

The owner and operator of the cargo ship involved in the deadly collision with Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge have agreed to pay $102 million to the federal government. The settlement follows a civil claim seeking $103 million from two Singaporean companies. The National Transportation Safety Board reported multiple electrical power failures before the crash.
