BEML Limited and Dredging Corporation of India Limited (DCIL) have signed three MoUs worth ₹350 crore during India Maritime Week 2025 in Mumbai. The agreements aim to enhance India’s maritime infrastructure through indigenous spares, new dredger designs, and advanced dredging equipment, supporting domestic manufacturing and the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
BEML Ltd. has partnered with Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. (HSL) to develop advanced marine systems, formalized by CMDs Shantanu Roy and Hemant Khatri in New Delhi. The MoU emphasizes co-creating innovative, indigenous systems, with BEML leading design and HSL enhancing indigenization efforts, aiming to bolster India’s advanced marine technologies.
BEML Ltd., a government-owned company, has partnered with Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders to develop innovative technologies for the marine industry. The collaboration aims to enhance India’s maritime capabilities and drive innovation in strategic equipment manufacturing. BEML will provide technical support, while Mazagon Docks offer research facilities for testing and validation.
