CO2 Capture Project Launched to Combat Ocean Acidification
Mitsubishi Electric and Finland’s VTT are collaborating on a research project to capture CO2 from oceans. By addressing ocean acidification, the initiative aims to protect marine ecosystems and fishing industries. With a focus on CO2 removal technology, the project aims to safeguard vulnerable ecosystems and achieve zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2051.
