Sexual Misconduct at Sea

The All Aboard Alliance has launched the Unspoken project to tackle unwanted sexual behavior on vessels. With 80% of seafarers reporting experiences of misconduct, the initiative aims to collect personal accounts to create a global framework for addressing these issues, ultimately improving conditions and making maritime careers more appealing.
