Panama Maritime Authority Signs MOU with UAE Ministry for “Blue Pass” Project
The Panama Maritime Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates, offering incentives to Panamanian Registry vessels. The “Blue Pass” project aims to provide privileges and facilities to shipping companies and shipowners visiting UAE ports, enhancing integration and mutual services.
