A third-generation female manager, Supan has played a crucial role in modernizing waterway traffic services and has positioned her family’s 104-year-old company as a pillar of sustainable urban mobility, serving over 10 million passengers a year with a fleet of 85 boats.

Supan emphasizes that real progress arises from empowering women across all levels, highlighting that over 50% of her workforce is female, with 10% serving as captains, which is remarkable for a traditionally male-dominated field.
