Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited (AKPL), part of Adani Ports and SEZ Limited (APSEZ), marked two key operational achievements in September 2025, solidifying its reputation as a leader on India’s eastern seaboard.

On September 22, the vessel MV Eurybia, carrying 184,649 MT of iron ore for JSW Steel, set a new record at Berth No. 5 with a discharge rate of 61,500 MT within 24 hours. This milestone showcases the exceptional coordination and teamwork among various departments at AKPL, enhancing its image as a premier port for bulk cargo.

In another notable development, AKPL successfully managed its first shipment of Rock Phosphate in September 2025. The MV Glamor delivered a cargo of 13,100 MT for Blue Phosphate Ltd, which plans to use AKPL for all future shipments, reflecting the port’s strong customer service and operational efficiency.
