Accelleron has partnered with Hyundai Marine Solution (HMS) to enhance digital solutions for the maritime industry, focusing on engine and turbocharger optimization. This collaboration aims to integrate their respective digital tools, including HMS’s Integrated Smart Ship Solution (ISS 2.0) and AI-driven emissions monitoring system, OceanWise, alongside Accelleron’s LOREKA360° Tekomar XPERT Engine and Turbo Insights.
Currently, Accelleron provides its LOREKA360° Tekomar XPERT Engine to approximately 100 vessels within HMS’s fleet, with plans to expand this to around 500 vessels, including both existing and new builds. This solution offers real-time performance assessments and advisory services directly on board.
Turbo Insights, another Accelleron innovation, converts operational data into actionable intelligence from the moment a turbocharger is installed. It assists shipowners in validating performance during tests and throughout the warranty period, supporting sustainability and cost-efficiency goals while integrating smoothly with other digital services.
Hyundai’s ISS 2.0 collects real-time data from onboard devices for analysis and navigation optimization, while OceanWise utilizes AI to enhance emissions analysis and route planning, relying solely on operational data without needing additional onboard hardware.
