Stephanie Trounce was awarded the Industry Woman of the Year for her role as WHS Property and Compliance Manager at Gold Coast City Marina. With 15 years of experience in high-risk industries, she effectively manages safety and compliance standards, showcasing a proactive approach tailored to the marina’s unique challenges.
Other notable mentions included Mintira Sawangphong, who has dedicated over 30 years to Ocean Marina, and Kate Purdie, General Manager of Abell Point Marina, who has significantly contributed to the marina’s growth. Finalists such as Nicky Vaux, Ange Melville, and Woranart Wongwanich also demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing the industry.
