India Launches Automated Free Sale Certificates for Faster Export Compliance
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has automated the issuance of Free Sale and Commerce Certificates (FSC), expediting the process for eligible exporters. By eliminating manual reviews, this system aims to reduce delays, thereby streamlining export documentation and enhancing trade efficiency, especially for products not governed by the Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
