France to Deploy Advanced Maritime Monitoring for Fishing Vessels
On July 6, 2026, Ground Control announced its RockFLEET tracking technology will support France’s coastal fishing vessel monitoring program. This initiative, managed by CLS, mandates satellite tracking for fishing vessels under 12 meters, enhancing traceability and sustainable marine resource management through reliable data and continuous reporting, regardless of coverage.
