Bombay High Court Allows Movement of Detained Ships to Alang
The Bombay High Court has authorized the transfer of three vessels from the Arabian Sea to the Alang ship-breaking yard, following the release of 50 crew members. The ships were detained for illegal fuel transfers and security concerns. Their movement is now permitted under Coast Guard oversight, with further hearings scheduled.
